The ISL is a highly advanced automatic wheel lacing and tightening machine for the assembly of spoked wheels.

The ISL is specially designed to meet the market demand for Just In Time (JIT) production. This, combined with the increasing variety in models which today's market demands, requires extremely flexible production.
The intelligent wheel building machine ISL is self adjustable, which means a charge-over time from one wheel size to another wheel size within seconds.  In combination with our other intelligent machines the production, is efficient and it is possible to provide the exact number of a particular wheel size required by the wheel assembly line. This results in reduced production loss, stock control and ultimately savings in the cost price of the wheel. The ISL is the most efficient wheel building machine to meet today's market demands!
