Description

The Robot SG is the most popular Trueing Robot where flexibility is a must. This Robot is designed for agile and lean production whereby the batch-sizes of bicycle production are shrinking. The SG has a unique identification system, called Wheel ID®. This system scans the incoming wheel and the Robot will adjust accordingly without any operator required. Each wheel can be assigned to a specific trueing recipe through the SSP software (Step Sequence Program). The SG has different options and is configurable to each company own wishes. The SG can be connected to the internet for Remote Service and is Industry 4.0 ready.
