HB Stabilizer

Description

Stabilizing a wheel is an essential process developed by Holland Mechanics in the wheel building process. It is used to spread the tension equally over all spokes, and at the same time improve the strength of the spoke necks and the seating of the nipple in the rim. It is possible to expand the stabilizer with functions as applying Qlube or automatic rim taping.
